Jet2holidays has been named Best Large Company to work for at the second annual Best Workplaces in Travel awards.
The awards are based on the views and responses of employees in the travel industry, and the UK’s largest tour operator picked up the award in recognition of the way it continues to support and develop its workforce.
Staff satisfaction in various travel companies was measured via a survey distributed by Best Workplaces in Travel, which asked individuals to rate what’s important to them at work and how their employer scores against those criteria.
Each company was then scored against these benchmarks, with Jet2holidays coming out top in the Large Company category.
