360-degree Virtual Town Tour by Comber Chamber of Commerce will promote businesses to a wider audience digitally
The Virtual Town Tour will give potential customers a first-hand virtual experience of their business and products and Comber businesses have until April 30th to sign up.
In return they will receive a bespoke virtual tour of their business – starting from a footpath view before taking viewers inside, where interactive pop up hotspots will link them with the business website and/or e-commerce store (if applicable), promotional video content and even downloadable brochures, vouchers and menus.
The project will offer a valuable platform for those businesses without a digital offering to access a wider audience helping to boost their visibility, and those with e-commerce and an existing digital presence will be able to expose their offering to new customers in a visually attractive and engaging way, and one that is very relevant in today’s digital marketing climate.
The Town Tour will be promoted through participating businesses, existing social media platforms as well as Google Business Listings and local media, ensuring maximum execution of the project.
A similar scheme was completed last year in Holywood town, where participating businesses experienced a significant boost in reach, with over 50,000 views of the content created within the first three months of going live.
Iris McBride, Chair of Comber Chamber of Commerce, said: “We are very excited to be embracing this new marketing tool for the businesses of Comber. I am amazed with the uptake to date and believe this technology will significantly enhance marketing and promotional activity of the town.”
Peter Bond of PMB Chartered Accountants, is one of the first business owners to sign up to the tour. Peter said: “I’m delighted to have signed up to the Virtual tour. The platform will provide a new innovative way of marketing PMB Chartered Accountants and a great way for potential customers to get a feel for my business before they visit for the first time. It also provides a new avenue to drive web traffic and increase leads and potential sales.”
Comber businesses are invited to get involved in the strength of this town-wide marketing and promotional platform by April 30.
